I chicken Breast Kiev Cut
Handfull of sliced mushrooms
Handfull of chopped bacon
Handfull of spring onions
Handfull of 1/8 cubed tomatos
Seasoning + tarragon
cup of gravy
white wine

In cast iron fry pan seal off breast with bacon and mushrooms, season + tarragon 
deglase with white wine (or can use red as alternative)
add gravy to cover and small amount of water (enough to evaporate off leaving gravy at good consistancy)
Cook breast in oven 200 degrees for 15-20 mins add tomato and spring onion and cook for further 5 mins or until chicken cooked threw.

Serve with either roast potatos or mash potatos
Prep time 5 Mins +1min per extra serve, 20min cooking time
 
Handfull of rough chopped cooked chicken
Handfull of  roughly chopped chrizo
Handfull of Sliced Asparagus
Handfull of Sliced mushroom
Handfull of Sliced Onion
Handfull of  rocket
crushed garlic
soup spoon of garlic butter
Pene or rissotto
Lemon Juice
White wine

Fry off all ingredience
Deglaze with white wine + small squirt of lemon juice to taste
Melt Garlic Butter
Add pene or heat rissotto through
Season to taste and add Rocket
